The Dial Plan scheduler provides a simple-to-use web based scheduler for regular alerts like school bells, instructional messages such as unattended luggage reminders in an airport, or product promotional messaging.

Zones
  • We can group speakers together to form 'zones' for targeted announcements.
  • Address individual rooms that have individual speakers.
Paging Stations
  • We use phones as an intuitive paging station.
  • There are three models to choose from to support 30, 60, and 100 paging zones.
  • All models are black. The 30 zone model is also available in red.
  • The 30 and 60 zone models are wall mountable.
  • We typically recommend the red paging station to distinguish it from your regular phones.
Easy to use
  • Pick up the phone, push the appropriate zone key, and talk.
  • PA can also be integrated with our normal phone solution.
2-Way Paging
  • 2-way communication is available with supported indoor speakers.
Coverage
  • Each speaker has independent volume control.
  • Dead spots are easily resolved with an additional speaker and network cable.
Station Convenience
  • There's no limit to the number of paging stations you can have around your site.

Lockdowns


Lockdowns are about instructing people to move to a safer location.

While fire alarms deal with evacuating people from buildings, lockdowns are typically about getting people into and/or securing buildings due to an external threat from human, animal, or environment.


Trigger Lockdowns
  • Lockdowns can be triggered from a dedicated button, button on one of our phones, or via our website.
Customised Messaging
  • Upload tones and messages to meet your specific requirements.
  • Different lockdowns can be programmed with different instructions for different scenarios e.g. an external human threat (stay hidden) vs an environmental threat (close windows).
  • Messaging can be configured with a start message, a message played at customised intervals during the lockdown, and a message played when the lockdown is ended. These can be configured in any combination required and messages can be comprised of speech, tones, music, or any combination thereof.
  • Playing a periodic reminder at regular intervals helps reassure people a lockdown is still active. This is particularly important if the situation will span many hours. You decide how often this should be repeated.
Disables Scheduled Alerts
  • If you are using our scheduled announcements solution then these will be disabled during a lockdown to avoid confusion / conflicting messaging.
PA Priority
  • Manual announcements are given priority over automated lockdown announcements i.e. an automated periodic lockdown reminder will not disrupt a manual PA announcement.
Electronic Alerts
  • Email and text messages can be sent to key recipients when a lockdown is triggered.
  • These messages will communicate the type of lockdown, where it was triggered from, and the time and date triggered.
  • Electronic alerts offer discrete information on the lockdown e.g. a school might have just one lockdown process for students to follow but staff receive a text message that lets them know it's an environmental lockdown.
Access Control
  • Interface with supported building security/access control systems to automatically lock doors after a custom delay.

Panic Alarms & Service Requests


Panic alarms are necessary when urgent help is required but circumstances restrict capacity or demand your immediate attention!

Whether a security threat, a medical emergency, or simply "customer service required in aisle 14", our solution has you covered.


Simple
  • Simply press a dedicated button located somewhere in the room; and/or
  • Press a programed button on one of our phones.
Informative
  • Each button will raise the alarm for its specific location e.g. "medical assistance required in exam room 5".
Alerting Zones
  • Only alert people in the specific areas designated to receive these types of alarms e.g. a security office or back office admin area.
Audio & Visual
  • Alerts can be audible with a tone or message of your choice and/or visual via strategically placed strobe lights.
  • Different visual alerts can be acheived using different colour and pattern combinations.
Flexible
  • No limit to the number of buttons.
    e.g. have one near the door and another under your desk, or one at each end of an isle.
